Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may, at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.
Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the point of purchase online.
Late-Delivery
A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:
- Acts of God (includes weather)
- An act of war
- Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
- High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Substitutions
We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.
Shipping
Our carriers are UPS, FedEx, USPS, Airborne or DSL. At check-out, only UPS is shown, offering three shipping options. We will select the best carrier for you, you just specify how fast you want your gift to arrive.
- Ground Shipping: Allow 3-8 full business days (does not include the day order is placed or shipped). The price for ground shipping is included (unless otherwise specified - we then ship overnight or within 2 days. This mostly applies to flowers and food items).
- 2-Day Shipping: Allow 2 full business days (does not include the day order is placed or shipped).
- Next Business Day (Overnight): Allow 1 full business day (does not include the day order is placed or shipped).
- Flowers: We always ship flowers overnight via FedEx. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Friday shipments for Saturday arrival have an extra delivery charge of $12.95. Shipping expenses for shipments from Monday through Thursday are included in our prices (arrival is one day later). We do not ship on the weekend or on Fridays (unless you upgrade to Saturday delivery) because we do not want your flowers sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Currently, gift baskets are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day. All other gift selections are shipped Second Day or Over-night. All orders are shipped on the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations:
- P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
- APO / FPO (military addresses)
- Alaska & Hawaii
- Internationally
Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping certain plant material. Our order entry system will identify the restricted items.

Returns
All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier. Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.
Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections. A complete shipping address includes:
- Recipient's first and last name
- Company address (if applicable)
- Street name and number
- Floor- Suite or Apartment number
- Accurate zip code
- Recipient's telephone number

Which Baby Gift to Pick? So Many Choices....
Here is our Advise
Will this be a practical gift that new mom and dad can use for the newborn, a gift to share with a sibling, perhaps a learning gift?
A gift basket with snacks is always a good idea. Remember that new parents have no time to eat or sleep because they always carry the infant in their arms. Try preparing a meal with one hand while holding a howling baby in your arms. Having snacks available or some type of food that can be prepared and eaten with one hand helps a lot. What's even better - send a complete dinner. All parents have to do is heat it up.
* Note from Conny: As a new parent myself, I know how challenging it is to take care of myself and the baby at the same time. Food helps!
Just don't send them to the hospital because they can get lost. Even bringing flowers to the hospital brings unique challenges. Once the new mom checks out of the hospital, all gifts need to be taken home. Imagine new parents with the baby, gifts plus flowers, baby diaper bag and mom's belongings. That's a lot to carry to the car.
Flowers brighten the day with cheerful colors and convey your best wishes. Our recommendation when sending flowers - send them to the new parents' home about two to four weeks after the baby is born. Flowers that were received right after the baby was born will have expired and the new flowers continue to brighten the day for new, but exhausted parents.
That, of course, depends on the size of your wallet. The arrival of a new baby is priceless, but it boils down to hard cash when sending a gift. Think about the type of gift - something small and cute or something that may last a while.
Babies live in onecies, the little one-piece outfit that is worn alone or under layers. They open at the bottom for easy diaper changing and make sure baby doesn't get cold. Oncies are worn all year. All new-born baby gifts that include any tpe of clothing contain at least one oncie.
